ThermTech provides three versions of our Customer Order Worksheets for you to easily fill out for your small job heat-treat needs. These are especially handy for Tool & Die or small Machine shops.
Red Work Order Sheet
The Red version is typically more for Machine Shops that are using plain carbon or medium alloy steels such has 1045 or 4140 materials. It is also for carburizing, stress relieving, gas nitriding, annealing, and any Aluminum alloys
Tool Steel Work Order Sheet
Diecast Steel Work Order Sheet
The Blue version is the The Diecast Steel Work order sheet contains several name-
brand versions of H-13 and processes for Hotwork tool steels used in Aluminum
Diecasting. Use this sheet if you require heat treatment compliant to NADCA heat
treating specifications.
