ThermTech provides two versions of our Customer Order Worksheets for you to easily fill out for your small job heat-treat needs. These are especially handy for Tool & Die or small Machine shops.

The Red version is typically more for Machine Shops that are using plain carbon or medium alloy steels such has 1045 or 4140 materials. It is also for carburizing, stress relieving, annealing, and any Aluminum alloys.


The Black version

“The Tool Steel Work order sheet is typically used by Tool and Die Shops. On this form we’ve listed most familiar grades of tool steel such as A-2, S-7, and D2.”

The Diecast Steel Work order sheet contains several name-brand versions of H-13 and processes for hardening both Die Cast and Plastic Injection dies.
