ThermTech Announces Opening of Expanded Heat Treating Facility

Waukesha, Wisconsin, October 2, 2019 … ThermTech of Waukesha is celebrating Manufacturing Month with the Grand Opening of their 11,000 square foot addition at its 301 Travis Lane location. The company welcomes customers and associates to their Open House on October 25th from 10am – 3pm. Visitors can tour the facility, meet the staff and learn about the technical advantages of partnering with ThermTech’s skilled team and state-of-the-art equipment for their heat treating needs.

ThermTech has been in business for 37 years and was founded by Charles E Wiberg in 1982. It is currently owned and operated by Steve Wiberg, President and Mary Wiberg Springer, Vice President. ThermTech’s latest equipment addition is an IQ furnace, which can perform carburizing or hardening with operating dimensions of 54″ wide x 72″ long x 36″ high or parts up to 10,000 pounds. This upgraded capability will allow the company to provide competitive pricing on large volumes or large individual pieces.
