What's New

Over the past several months the management of Thermtech has re-forged our strategic plan. We have established some lofty goals for our company and made several changes where we recognized needs for improvement.

We have established a new Customer Service department for answering customers phone calls and emails.
We have created a General Manager position.
We have passed our AS9100 Audit for the second time after a major rewrite of our Quality System.
We have established a department within Quality whose primarily responsible for solving and responding to customer's concerns.
