Values Statement

The team at Therm-Tech is composed of a group of professional, master crafts men and women.  Each brings vast knowledge and skill and by virtue of their position is due professional courtesy.

We strive to achieve a workplace with a family atmosphere.  Lively debate with candor and honesty towards one another is the best way to solve problems and make sure that all opinions are valued. The smothering of ideas and opinions through intimidation will not be tolerated.  Further, any action that demonstrates lack of personal integrity will not be tolerated. 

As in any family setting, disagreements are normal.  Sometimes in the heat of the day, courteous discourse may be sacrificed.  The verse ‘Treat others as you would prefer to be treated’ is the only value that matters.  Violations of this simple rule will hopefully first be recognized by the offender and followed with a heart-felt apology.  If no apology is offered, the offense will be discussed with the offender.  If violations continue, the individual will be dismissed.

The spirit and character of this statement extends to our interactions with our customers.  In order to provide World Class Service, customers must feel valued and respected.
