A-2 & S-7

We process these alloys every Monday through Friday. Please have your material here by 5:00 p.m. The next day, parts are anticipated to be available by 10:00 a.m.

D-2, H-13 & 400 Series

We process these alloys every Monday through Friday. Please have your material here by 5:00 p.m. Parts are anticipated to be ready in 2 days.

M-Series and other High Speeds

On Wednesday's and Saturday's, we process M-Series and other High speed steels at 8:00 a.m.  Please have your material here by 5:00 p.m., the preceding day. Parts should be ready in 2 days.

Cryo-Treat

Add one extra day.

Oil Quench and Temper

During the week, we process this work at various times. Typically, this work is ready in two days.

Carburizing

Every Monday through Friday at 6:00 p.m., we process carburizing to .030" deep.  The next morning, parts are anticipated to be ready.  On the weekends only, we process most carburizing of .060" deep.

Stress Relieving

Every night, we run the stress relieve process at 6:00 p.m., ready the next day at 9:00 a.m..

Straightening

For straightening, we need one day minimum.

The next morning, dies that are more than 5” thick will be run in our Vacuum Furnace separately to insure proper soak times for the material.
