We work with a staffing service, Staffing Resources,* to screen all incoming applicants. They will arrange an interview for you at Therm-Tech. All of our employees serve training time through Staffing Resources. After satisfactory completion of training, you are hired on directly as our employee. Your training time, (a minimum of 720 hours) with Staffing Resources, counts toward the waiting period for health and dental insurance
Benefits include health, dental and disability insurance, also, employer matched 401(k), educational reimbursement, and on-site health care. Therm-Tech takes a pro-active approach to employee health. There are many incentives for those who take part in the on-site health program. Increased cash contribution toward a personal medical fund, reduced employee premium contribution, and prizes are a few. Also, we offer massages on-site to employees for a $10.00 fee.
Therm-Tech is a drug free workplace and actively tests all employees on a random basis. All employees are tested twice during their probation.
