Capabilities - Austempering & Marquenching

Currently, Therm-Tech offers two different styles of batch Austempering or Marquenching. We have a smaller austenizing Salt to quenching Salt operation. The Salt operation is ideal for stampings and small machined products that require either process. Also, Therm-Tech offers two custom built large endothermic atmosphere to salt - high production batch processing lines to heat-treat ADI, (austempered ductile iron). These two lines combined are capable of handling castings up to 50”W x 40”H x 50”L and can process 50,000 lbs. per day.
