A-2 & S-7: We process these alloys every Monday through Friday.
Please have your material here by 5pm. Parts should be available by 10am
the next day.
D-2, H-13 & 400 Series: We process these alloys every Monday through
Friday. Please have your material here by 5pm. Parts should be ready in 2
days.
M-Series and other High Speeds: We process these steels at
8am on both Wednesdays and Saturdays. Please have your material here by 5pm
the preceding day. Parts should be ready in 2 days.
Cryo-Treat:Add one extra day.
Oil Quench and Temper: We process this work a various times during the week. Typically this work is ready in two days.
Carburizing: We process carburzing to .030" deep every Monday
through Friday at 6pm. Parts should be ready by next morning. We process
most carburizing of .060" deep on the weekends only.
Stress Relieving:Run at 6pm every night, ready next day at 9am.
Straightening: One day minimum for straightening.
Dies that are more than 5” thick will be run in Vacuum Furnace separately the next morning to insure proper soak times for the material.
