A major advantage you’ll find at Therm-Tech is our QTI (Quote to Invoice) software system, Bluestreak. Bluestreak is a web-based enterprise and shop floor management system designed exclusively for the metal treating industry. This system allows us to run a paperless shop, yet, manage the turn-around and quality requirements for each job in real-time.

Because of this system we are able to provide the Bluestreak Customer Portal through which you are given free access to peer “into” our system and see the following:

1. In Real-Time, check where orders are in the Heat Treat process or see if they are on the truck or if they have even been received.
2. Track your part numbers and their quantities that are fresh, in process, or ready to ship so you can manage Lean and JIT programs.
3. Print your shipping receipt from us with the signature of whomever signed for the parts at your facility.
4. Print heat-treat certifications with the signature of the inspector who wrote it up.
5. Access and print your existing quotes.
6. Access and print your existing invoices and verify payments.
7. Contact us directly to ask us questions about your work or to request a Pick-up via our trucking fleet. 

Therm-Tech of Colorado is a new division of Therm-Tech of Waukesha which was established in 1982. Therm-Tech is a family owned and run business that has become one of the most successful and largest heat-treat organizations in the United States. The Colorado location will mimic the Waukesha location’s business model in providing a fast and superior heat-treating service. Please contact us if you have any heat-treating requirements. Just because you don’t happen to see that we currently offer a particular process doesn’t mean we won’t in the future. However, to know we should put in the equipment needed for a particular process we must first be aware of your requirements.
