Capabilities - Vacuum Processing

It is one of our primary goals here at Therm-Tech of Colorado to continue to invest in people and equipment in order to strengthen our position as one of the North American leaders in the processing of Tool Steels. Currently, our main office location is associated with or approved by the following groups: The North American Die Cast Association, The Tool, Die & Machining Association of Wisconsin, Bohler-Uddeholm, and both the Ford and General Motors Die Cast specifications. Therm-Tech prides itself on being a valuable heat-treat provider to the American tool and die industry and is committed to helping keep this industry and its jobs here in the United States.

We currently offer one Vacuum Furnace for the processing of stainless and tool steels. Our largest furnace is a VFS Vacuum that is 36"W x 30"H x 48" L - 3,500 lb. capacity - 2 Bar Quench.
