  In Wisconsin, Therm-Tech of Waukesha is heavily involved with MTI, The Metal Treating Institute. The Executive Vice President and General Manager of Therm-Tech, Mary Springer previously served as President of MTI.  The MTI team is a world-wide group of commercial heat-treaters on a state, national, and global stage. Through their focused participation, MTI members act to enhance and protect the heat-treating industry.
