Therm-Tech has several carburizing solutions to offer you.
Our newest upgrade to our facilities is a Surface Combustion Super AllCase® furnace.
This furnace has the capabilities to handle carburizing or quench and temper work that is 36"H x 36”W x 72”L and has a 6000lbs weight limit.
In addition, we also have a second AllCase® furnace with dimensions of 40"H x 36"W x 72"L.
We also run two smaller carburizing furnaces that are 28”W x 46”L x 20”H. Therm-Tech also has two larger batch furnaces capable of carburizing larger dimensions. These furnaces can handle parts up to 58” wide x 96” long x 42” High. Please contact us with further questions regarding these furnaces and their capabilities.
